MSCA Governing Board Elections
The Missouri School Counselor Association (MSCA) is looking for a “few good men and women” to serve as officers on the MSCA Governing Board. The positions up for election this year are:
President - Elect
Middle School Vice President
Multi-Level Vice-President
Secondary Level Vice-President
Post-Secondary Vice-President
Secretary
Complete descriptions of these positions and their responsibilities are listed in MSCA's Bylaws, Article IV, Section I, Part C [HERE]
Elected state officers are:
a. professional members of MSCA
b. members of their District Association, and if possible,
c. members of the American School Counselor Association
(ASCA)
Vice-presidents are required to be employed at the level they represent. Elected officers must serve on the Governing Board one full year prior to being elected to office.
